1. Definitions

• "Application" or "App" refers to StoreMate, the macOS application developed by DeepyTech.
• "Service" refers to the features and functionality provided by the Application.
• "User" or "You" refers to anyone who downloads, installs, or uses the Application.
• "We", "Us", or "Company" refers to DeepyTech, the developer of StoreMate.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plans (Basic or Pro) available within the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on Mac devices that you own or control
• Use the Application for your personal or commercial purposes related to App Store Connect management
• Access features according to your subscription tier (Free, Basic, or Pro)

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
• Copy, distribute, or make the Application available over a network
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Account and Authentication

3.1 Sign in with Apple

StoreMate uses Sign in with Apple for user authentication. By using this feature, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during sign-in
• Maintain the security of your Apple ID
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 App Store Connect Credentials

To use certain features, you must provide your App Store Connect API credentials. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the authority to use these credentials
• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• Any actions taken through StoreMate using your credentials
• Complying with Apple's App Store Connect Terms of Service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

StoreMate offers the following plans:

• Free: Limited features, 1 app, 3 languages
• Basic ($9.99/month): 3 apps, 10 languages, App Store sync, Google Translate
• Pro ($19.99/month): Unlimited apps and languages, Gemini AI, priority support

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled
• Payment of all applicable fees and taxes

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StoreMate to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to App Store Connect
• Interfere with or disrupt Apple's services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Use automated systems to make excessive API calls
• Engage in any activity that violates Apple's Developer Program Agreement

6. Third-Party Services

StoreMate integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple App Store Connect: Subject to Apple's Developer Program Agreement
• Google Translate: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Google Gemini AI: Subject to Google's AI Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

StoreMate, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by DeepyTech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create or manage using StoreMate, including:

• App metadata (descriptions, keywords, etc.)
• Screenshots and images
• Translations you create or modify

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about:

• How your data is stored locally
• Our use of macOS Keychain for secure credential storage
• Our policy of not collecting or transmitting your data to our servers
• How third-party services handle your data

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeepyTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Application
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to App Store Connect through StoreMate

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to StoreMate at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agency
• Discontinuation of the Application

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Application ends immediately
• You must delete all copies of the Application
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Updates and Modifications

13.1 Application Updates

We may release updates to StoreMate from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the Application or certain features.

13.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Notifying you within the Application

Your continued use of StoreMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of StoreMate shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Good faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeepyTech regarding StoreMate and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
